Updating Payment Info

To change your credit card on file, log into TTB Tamer and click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. Then click on Manage Account to update your credit card.

If your payment is past-due, or you received an email saying that we were unsuccessful in charging your credit card, the next time you log in you’ll automatically be taken to the Manage Account page and asked to update your credit card information. After you’ve updated your card you may continue to be brought to this page until the next time we’ve successfully processed your payment.

If you’ve already updated your card, or you want to skip past this page and come back to it later, you can do so by clicking the “Remind Me Later” link.

Note that we try to process unsuccessful payments two additional times after the initial attempt. These additional tries are spaced 3 days from each other. If we’re unsuccessful trying to charge your credit card after the 3rd time, your login privileges are revoked and your account is put on hold.

To update your credit card information after your account has already been put on hold email us at info@ttbtamer.com. We’ll be able to reactivate your login and you can update your card directly in the app to restart your subscription. Any past due invoices will also be collected shortly after you update your information.

You can enter and submit your new payment information.
